Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

1.1 Paid extra – While placing an order if you noticed that your credit card has been charged twice or if you have paid more than you were required, please send a written request to support@essayprovider.com and the amount will be refunded to you.

1.2 Order not approved– In a rare event due to unforeseen circumstance, we were not able to assign a writer that best fits your needs, we will refund you the entire amount paid for the specific order.

1.3 Approved Order – Once your order has been approved you will be sent an email providing you with your user name and password for your access to the Student Panel. If you choose to cancel your order at this point you will be issued no more than a 70% refund.

1.4 Not satisfied with the quality – Once your paper has been completed and accepted by you, for a refund you will be requested to provide strong reasons and examples to claim it. Since each case is unique to its situation, it will be carefully reviewed and compensated accordingly.

1.5 Invalid Refund Request – Once your paper has been delivered on agreed deadline and requirements, a refund request would be treated as invalid unless it comes under Refund term 1.4.

1.6 VES Global Inc / Writeyourmind.net / essayprovider.com or our authorized retailer reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of misusing our products or participating in academic fraud. We or our authorized retailer reserve the right to cancel any order at our own discretion under this policy.

1.7 You may request a refund if the work sold has significant grammar or spelling errors, or covers a different
subject from the work ordered. Otherwise all sales are final."

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear instructions, all necessary materials, proper academic level and timely assistance. If you are not satisfied with your paper we will revise it for free. Delivery Policy

The work will be delivered by email / student management area. Delivery time will be based on the deadline paid for (with the minimum being within 3 hours). The clock for delivery starts at the time the order is successfully accepted by and paid for at our authorized retailer.
